High School: Played for coach Hamer Morgan at Forest…Selected to the Mississippi High School Activities Association (MHSAA) Division 5, Class 3A first-team after a stellar senior season…Two-way athletes during his entire varsity career…Accumulated 238 yards on the ground from the running back position and 93 tackles at linebacker during his final campaign with the Bearcats…Had a two touchdown performance in a win over Choctaw County…Also reached the end zone during Forest’s victories against Choctaw Central, Morton, Newton County and Northeast Lauderdale…Recorded season-highs of 12 stops and three tackles for loss versus Philadelphia…Also had another double-digit tackling outing in a loss to Jackson Prep…Recovered fumbles versus Franklin County, Kosciusko and Northeast Lauderdale…Also a MHSAA Division 5-3A first-team member as a junior…Had 157 yards rushing on 42 attempts that season…Scored touchdowns in three consecutive outings against Choctaw County, Raleigh and Southeast Lauderdale…Helped Forest accumulate nine wins in 2013 and a first round playoff victory against Prentiss.
